Rinsmatic
MBF produces a whole range of rinsing machines designed to meet the demands of each customer, aimed at the internal cleaning of glass and PET bottles in the highest possible quality. We design and manufacture Blowers, Rinsers or Sterilizers, all available in mechanical or electronic Tronic® configuration. The rinsers are divided into two categories, fixed nozzle type and mobile nozzle type in which the nozzle penetrates the neck of the bottle.
Fixed Nozzle Grip
The bottles are overturned at the spraying nozzles, which do not move. Spraying occurs when the bottle passes above the nozzle. This type of machine provides a single treatment or a double treatment.
Mobile Nozzle Grip
The spraying nozzles are supported by a vertical carriage and penetrate the bottle when positioned above the nozzle.This type of machine provides a single treatment or a double treatment.
