Semi-automatic Disgorging up to 900 Bot/h
Machine for the processing of Classic Method Wines. Turrets mounted on a single steel structure to automatically perform the disgorging, pouring, liqueur dosage and leveling operations. The monobloc consists mainly of two turrets, of which the first with continuous rotation and the second with intermittent rotation. The first turret is dedicated exclusively to the disgorging operation: equipped with three bottle gripping / closing units, it overturns the bottle by 65 ° and then extracts the crown cap (conveyed into a collection tray inside the base). The second turret has six work points (each of them equipped with a gripper) and performs three operations in a single rotation: filling, dosage of the liqueur and leveling with wine.
In the version with two motor units, the monobloc reaches an hourly production of 900 bottles / hour

Semi-automatic Disgorging-Tapping
The monoblock is expertly crafted for processing glass bottles ranging from 375 ml to 1500 ml. Encased in durable stainless steel, it features four key units: a continuous rotation turret for disgorging with three gripper-equipped work points; an intermittent rotating turret with six gripper-equipped work points for filling, liqueur dosing, and wine leveling; a capping unit for cork stopper application; and a wire-hood unit for applying and securing wire-hoods.

Semi-automatic Disgorging-Tapping
The Monobloc features three continuously rotating turrets, each dedicated to a specific processing stage. The first turret handles the draining operation, ensuring precision and efficiency. The second turret doses the liqueur d'expédition, tilting the bottle at a 65° angle for optimal results. The third turret adds the same wine to achieve the correct bottle level. Bottles transition smoothly between turrets using a star mechanism, ensuring gentle yet swift movement to minimize agitation and prevent CO2 loss.

Mixer
In the production of wine using the classic method, bottles are rotated after corking to ensure the dosage syrup blends seamlessly with the wine. This gentle shaking, known as poignettage, ensures even distribution of the added liqueur. Afterwards, the bottles are stored in the cellar for several months to allow the wine to re-stabilize.
