
ICE 1200-Neck Freeze
Technical Features:
Automatic neck freezer for freezing the wine contained in the neck of sparkling wine bottles.
The process involves immersing the neck of the bottle in a glacial solution at -25°C until the contents are frozen within the first 4 centimeters. Once the solid residues have been frozen and can no longer cloud the liquid, the bottles are upright and placed on a conveyor belt to proceed to the next stage of disgorgement.
