From MBF’s long-standing experience comes a new line of monobloc machines for production rates up to 3,000 bp/h for the wine industry. Compact, innovative and reliable solutions with low-vacuum technology to ensure high quality bottling and preservation of product integrity.

MBF Triblock

  This triblock is entirely manufactured by MBF SpA in the plant in Veronella and represents a synthesis of the company's design and technological capabilities, combining rinser, filler, corker and/or screw tapper in a single machine. An ideal solution for companies who look for top efficiency matching with substantial cost and space savings.
 Each machine of the triblock can be fitted on a single frame or on an independent modular frame: this kind of solution offers our customers maximum flexibility and freedom of configuration now and in future. The triblock can be supplied with stainless steel base with inclined surfaces to improve cleanliness, and it is equipped with totally transparent safety covers which provide easy vision and access to all machine sections.
 The monoblock technology is designed to provide an outstanding processing versatility with any bottle and cap format. The format change is performed through the control of the servo motorised screws or, alternatively, by means of the tine transfer system and the automatic universal stars patented by MBF. Further distinctive features of MBF: error-free processing thanks to the automatic setup of each format, user-friendliness and minimised maintenance for the whole triblock.

Superbloc

Introduced to the market for the first time in 2007, the MBF Superbloc™ is still a revolutionary technological solution. Since its introduction, it has become a benchmark in the bottling market.

Boasting worldwide installations, the Superbloc™ is a compact, comprehensive and customizable bottling line that integrates rinser, filler, corker/capper, capsuler and labeler in a single machine. It provides consistent production and increased technical/economic performance, compared to a traditional line.

Rinsmatic 

MBF produces a whole range of rinsing machines designed to meet the demands of each customer, aimed at the internal cleaning of glass and PET bottles in the highest possible quality.
We design and manufacture Blowers, Rinsers or Sterilizers, all available in mechanical or electronic Tronic® configuration.
The rinsers are divided into two categories, fixed nozzle type and mobile nozzle type in which the nozzle penetrates the neck of the bottle.

Filmatic LV

MBF fillers aim for maximum product respect, minimum oxygen absorption and maximum preservation of alcohol and flavors.
Are available in mechanical or electronic Tronic® configuration. The electronic version offers the possibility to customize and memorize the working parameters for each type of product and bottle.

The machine as a whole is much simpler and lighter than the mechanisms and external cams present in the normal version. The opening functions of the tap circuits are electronically controlled by means of pneumatic actuators.

Filmatic HP/HPT

Complete range of pressure isobaric filling machines for smooth wines, sparkling wines, beers and carbonated drinks, to be filled cold or room temperature, for both glass and PET bottles.
Are available in mechanical or electronic Tronic® configuration. The electronic version offers the possibility to customize and memorize the working parameters for each type of product and bottle.

Corkmatic
