Zenith is the medium to high-speed monoblock capper for the precise application of polylaminate large capsules on sparkling wine bottles.

Designed for high-performance bottling lines, the machine combines structural robustness, advanced electronic management, and dual rotary carousel folding-smoothing technology, ensuring an impeccable finish even on large volumes.

The capsule distribution system uses single or multi-bell systems with elliptical-tilting movement, ensuring maximum precision during the positioning phase. The capsules are mechanically pre-extracted, ensuring continuity in the operational flow.

The first rotary carousel is equipped with pneumatic heads for the initial closure and formation of the four folds on the large capsules.

Subsequently, a transfer star with locking clamps ensures the positioning of the bottle for the subsequent transfer to the second rotary carousel, where the final smoothing of the capsule takes place.

An optical centering system with sensors or cameras is also available, ensuring maximum precision in the orientation of the capsule and, in the case of double centering, positioning based on unique features of the bottle.
