ISOLA

Modular solution for case erecting, packing, partitions inserting and sealing with hot-melt. A unique design allows to combine all the end-of-the-line functions chosen by the Customer within only one or two in-line units.

Most reduced footprint, dedicated software, high quality of the components used are the features that sets this solution apart from all the other existing solutions on the market.

TRIO P4

The TRIO P4 incorporates all packaging functions in one monoblock: case forming, case packing, partition inserting and case selaing with hot melt.

This is the result of the technological development of the TRIO HM which, thanks to the plug&play option of the partitions inserter, finds its evolution in the TRIO P4

TRIO HM

TRIO HM represents the latest evolution in packaging. It builds on the solidity and reliability of a design that has been in existence for more than 20 years by integrating it with the latest technological solutions and adding glue closure. In a smaller space than the solutions on the market, TRIO HM combines the three functions of packaging: carton forming, carton packing and top and bottom flaps sealiing with hot-melt glue. All within a single machine.

The monoblock is designed to provide the highest level of flexibility in bottle size, and ease of use through intuitive adjustments and multi-format equipments.

It adopts technological solutions also present in the PERFORMANCE series, such as the use of brushless motors, which guarantee maximum movement control and precision in carton forming.

It can be completed with the partitions inserter device. This functionality that can also be integrated at a later stage

UNICA

Packaging monoblock for case erection, picking and inserting the bottles inside the carton, inserting the partitions and sealing with hot melt.

6,000 bph for 750ml bottles in cartons of 6 and 12,000 bph for 300ml bottles in cartons of 12, UNICA is the market's only 7.5 linear meters monoblock for a complete high-performance packaging line.

It adopts technological solutions also present in the PERFORMANCE series, such as the use of brushless motors, as well as being the ultimate expression of AXIPACK technology.

AXIPACK technology has been studied to be totally modular not only according to the working requirements of each Customer, but also of the space available within each production line as to guarantee flexibility never seen before.
