Automatic case erector machine for RSC_AMERICAN cartonboard complete with unit for hot-melt glue closure of bottom flaps.

INCA 300

The INCA 300 case and crate packer machine, thanks to the use of linear axes driven by brushless motors, offers maximum control in each packaging cycle.

Thanks to the fully motorised head it allows fast and automated format changes that can be recalled from the operator panel.

Machine can be integrated with the new SUPER DIVIDER bottle-chasing sorting system.

With the CRATE KIT, the case packer can also be configured to process plastic crates usually used for glass return bottles.

INCA RBK

Anthropomorphic packing robot developed for high productivity and fast format changes.

Automatic top case sealer for RSC/American cases type, equipped with an hot-melt applicator to seal the upper flaps.

The CH 3000 case sealer machine utilises the latest electronic technology, which enables the cartons to be fed continuously, guaranteeing high performance and the highest quality of packaging sealing. Thanks to the new APE software, various format changes can be managed automatically from the operator panel (HMI).
