Technical Features:
Monobloc consisting of three continuously rotating turrets, one for each processing stage:
- Turret for performing the draining operation.
- Turret for dosing the liquer d'expedition. At this stage, the bottle is tilted by 65°.
- Turret for adding the same wine to obtain the correct level in the bottle.
The passage of the bottle between the turrets is by means of a star which allows a gentle but at the same time rapid movement to avoid agitation of the product with consequent loss of Co2.
